Potatoes And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    6 medium potatoes
    1 Tbsp. onion
Preparation
    Slice potatoes; chop onion.
    Season pork chops; brown in frypan.
    Melt butter; add flour and blend well.
    Add milk slowly. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Alternately place potatoes, onion, cream sauce and pork chops in a greased casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, until tender. Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.
