Ground Beef-Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
1 c. onion and green pepper, combined
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. pepper
2 (9-inch) deep dish pie shells
Preparation

May substitute sausage for ground beef.
Brown meat with onion and green pepper.
Set aside.
Mix eggs, mayonnaise, milk, cornstarch and pepper together.
Add all other ingredients to mixture and pour into pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
