Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 15 oz can crushed pineapple w/juice
1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 c sugar
1 3 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine sugar and pineapple in a saucepan and bring to boil. Stir in jello until well-dissolved.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in nuts and cheese.
Fold in whipped cream and chill until set.
