Baked Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 c. chopped, cooked celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. to 1 c. rice, uncooked
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can bean sprouts, do not drain
    mushrooms, if desired
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Top with chow mein noodles and bake 1/4 hour more.
