Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus with liquid
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 to 1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Drain asparagus; save liquid.
    Blend flour, butter, asparagus liquid, salt and water.
    Cook until mixture is thickened.
    Line a 1 1/2-quart casserole with bread crumbs; reserve some for top.
    Place asparagus, almonds, cheese and eggs in layers.
    Pour sauce over this.
    Cover with remaining crumbs.
    Bake until brown.
    Serves 6.
