Ham Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. ground cooked ham
    1/2 lb. sharp American cheese, ground
    1 small green pepper, ground
    1 small onion, ground
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 beaten egg yolks
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
    1 recipe Mushroom Sauce
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in milk, egg yolks and crumbs. Fold in egg whites. Fill 6 greased 6-ounce custard cups. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until set. Turn out on plates; top with Mushroom Sauce.
