Ham And Cheese Biscuit Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. finely chopped, fully cooked, smoked ham
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (20 oz.)
    2 tsp. margarine-butter, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix baking mix, milk, ham and cheese until soft dough forms.
    Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
    Turn onto surface well-floured with baking mix.
    Gently roll in baking mix to coat.
    Knead 10 times.
    Pat or roll dough into ten 10-inch strips.
    Place about 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush strips with margarine.
    Bake until light brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
