Sombrero Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/4 chopped green pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    2 oz. sharp Cheddar
Preparation
    Brown beef and next 3 ingredients; drain.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Mash beans into mixture.
    Heat, stirring often.
    Add Tabasco.
    Garnish with cheese.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups for dipping with chips or crackers.
    Won't last long.
