Tangier Island Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 eggs, beaten slightly
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, eggs, salt and sugar together.
    Add milk and corn.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish.
    Pour melted butter over top.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Bake 1 hour until lightly browned and firm.
