Mom'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
3 c. diced apples

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, but apples.
Stir in apples by hand. Pour into 2 square cake pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
