Eclairs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. sugar free, fat free instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. skim milk
1 c. non fat sour cream
8 oz. Low fat whipped topping
1 can non fat chocolate frosting
graham crackers
Preparation

Prepare pudding with skim milk.
Add sour cream.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into graham cracker lined casserole. Soften chocolate frosting one minute in microwave,
then spread over pudding.
Top with more whipped topping if desired.
Chill. This is a low fat, low sugar delicious dessert.
