Bacon-Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onion
4 slices fried bacon, crumbled
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Bring milk and butter (cut up) to boil over medium heat.
Add flour all at once and stir until it forms a ball and leaves side of pan.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs one at a time and beat until smooth.
Then add remaining eggs.
Mix well.
Drop onto well-greased foil lined cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
