German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    3 tsp. minced onion
    3 tsp. wine vinegar
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 tall (No. 2) can ripe olives
    6 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.
    Boil potatoes in peeling, then drain and cube. Add 3 teaspoons salt, 6 tablespoons minced onion and 3 teaspoons wine vinegar to warm potatoes and let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Add celery, olives, parsley and mayonnaise.
