Trout Bienville - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 bunches green onions
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    6 filets of trout
    unseasoned fish fry (Zatarain's)
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Chop onions and saute in butter.
    Add flour to thicken, then the milk.
    Heat to a simmer while stirring regularly.
    Add shrimp and simmer until the shrimp are done.
    Season to taste with cayenne.
