Ingredients

8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained (but reserve juices)
1 (16 oz.) can fat-free refried beans
3 c. cooked boneless, shredded chicken breasts, seasoned with lemon pepper
3 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 large chopped tomato
1 large finely diced avocado
1 1/2 c. finely shredded lettuce
1/2 c. chopped peppers of choice
Preparation

Spray baking sheet with Pam.
Spray both sides of each tortilla lightly with Pam.
Place tortillas on baking sheet and broil until lightly toasted.
Flip and toast other side.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
