Red Lobster Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups self-rising flour
    1/4 cup Crisco
    3/4 cup buttermilk
    1 cup grated cheese
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour until mixture is texture of corn meal.
    Add cheese and buttermilk.
    Roll out or drop into muffin cups.
    May add garlic powder to mixture.
    Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
