Cheddar Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped carrots, boiled
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    2 c. water, boiled for 5 minutes
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    4 c. milk
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 dollop mustard
Preparation
    Saut onion in butter.
    Add flour; mix well.
    Boil milk and chicken broth.
    Add top ingredients into milk, then add Cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Return to boiling stage.
