Hot Dog Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. lean ground beef
    2 large chopped onions
    2 (12 oz.) bottles chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 gal. tomato ketchup
Preparation
    Brown the beef in a skillet; drain off all grease.
    Combine salt, pepper and chili powder in a small container.
    Mix well. Mix together chili sauce and ketchup in a large container.
    Stir well.
    Mix in salt, pepper, chili powder and onions.
    Mix well. Now add the ground beef.
    Slowly bring the ingredients to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 45 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Let cool. Store in plastic containers and freeze.
    Makes 50 servings.
