Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. half and half or whole milk
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    In heavy pot, place first 4 ingredients.
    Bring to boil, lower heat to slow boil.
    Cook for 1 hour, stirring constantly.
    Last 5 minutes, add from blender last 3 ingredients (sugar, vanilla, eggs).
    Slowly stir in blended eggs.
    Take off heat.
    Let stand to cool.
    Place in dessert dishes.
    Add cinnamon.
