Strawberry Sweetheart Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 c. water
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (11 oz.) frozen strawberries
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Drain pineapple (juice can be used in place of some of the water).
    Bring 2 cups of water or combination of juice and water to a boil.
    Dissolve gelatin in liquid.
    Stir in pineapple, bananas, pecans and strawberries.
    Pour half of mixture into a 9 x 13-inch dish or large heart mold.
    When chilled, spread sour cream over salad and top with remaining gelatin mixture.
    Chill until set.
    Garnish with more sour cream, if desired.
