Enchilada Pie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3 small onions, diced
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    3 cans kernel corn
    1 (32 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    seasoning salt and pepper to taste
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Brown
    ground
    beef
    with
    diced onions and seasonings, then drain.
    Heat
    enchilada
    sauce in pan.
    Heat tortillas in oil and drain.
    Dip
    in sauce.
    Layer tortillas, ground beef, corn and sour
    cream
    in
    a 13 x 9-inch glass casserole dish. Pour enchilada sauce over layer and spread out.\tAdd a mixture of cheese.
    Repeat
    once
    more.
    Bake\tcasserole in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
