Fruit Sherbet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed
3 oranges, juiced
a little grated orange rind
3 lemons, juiced
a little grated lemon rind
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix the eggs and the sugar together.
Add the fruit mixture. Add enough water (cold) to make a gallon.
Freeze as you would for homemade ice cream.
