Easter Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon jello
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 envelope Dream Whip topping mix, prepared
1 c. pineapple juice or add cold water to make 1 c.
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg yolks
Preparation

First Layer:
Mix jello according to package directions, then stir in pineapple.
Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan; cool until firm.
