Spiced Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium tomatoes or 1 qt. canned
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. fresh chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 chicken flavor bouillon cube
    1 (3-inch long) cinnamon stick
Preparation
    About 1 hour and 15 minutes before serving, peel, seed and dice 6 tomatoes. Cut 3 tomatoes into wedges; set aside.
    (This is only if using fresh tomatoes.)
    Coat chicken with flour.
