Quick Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round or chuck
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    2 c. hot water
    1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. sugar
    1 qt. canned tomatoes or 1 lb. can tomatoes, cut up
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Stir in water and next 5 ingredients.
    Add macaroni.
    Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to let it simmer.
    Cook 25 to 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
