Flaky Pastry(Makes 2 Double 9-Inch Pies And One 9-Inch Shell) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    With fork, mix first 4 ingredients.
    In small bowl, beat 1/2 cup water and remaining ingredients.
    Add to first mixture and blend with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened.
    With hands, mold dough into a ball and chill at least 15 minutes. Dough can be stored in refrigerator for up to 3 days or it can be frozen until ready to use.
