Flank Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. flank steak, prick with a fork all over and sprinkle with tenderizer
    1/2 c. consomme soup
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cook marinade for 10 minutes; cool and pour over steak. Marinate overnight or 10 to 12 hours.
    Great for barbecue!
