Beer Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 c. hot chicken broth
1 1/2 c. half and half
6 oz. beer
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. egg shade color
1/4 c. chives, chopped
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation

In heavy pan, melt butter; add flour and mix until blended. Heat over low flame for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Add chicken broth and half and half; mix until smooth and thick.
Add cheese and mix well.
Add beer and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix in color and chives.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Serve with popcorn.
