Angel Party Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake
2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
1/2 c. cold water
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 c. whipped cream
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 tsp. vanilla
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 jar maraschino cherries, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Break cake into small pieces.
Soak gelatine in water.
Mix egg yolks, sugar and milk.
Cook to coat spoon.
Add gelatine and cool. When it begins to thicken add remaining ingredients.
Grease generously 2 angel food pans or long loaf pans.
Alternate chunks of cake and dessert mix.
Chill at least 24 hours.
