Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated cheese
1/3 chopped onion
9-inch pie shell
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. light cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Sprinkle cheese and chopped onion in unbaked pie shell.
Beat eggs, then add light cream, salt and nutmeg.
Pour mixture into pie shells and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0; reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer or until done.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
