Rice Pudding Louisiana Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. washed, uncooked rice
    4 c. milk
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. golden raisins
    1 Tbsp. butter
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine and mix well first 7 ingredients.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole that has been greased with butter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Top with butter for the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
    Serve warm topped with heavy cream. Serves 6.
