Salmon Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. peanut oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    1 c. diced raw potato
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Drain salmon, reserving liquid.
    Bone and flake salmon.
    Set aside the liquid and salmon.
