Chicken Taquitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    18 corn tortillas
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender; debone and shred into bite size pieces.
    Saute shredded chicken in 3 tablespoons oil for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Season with salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
    Simmer about 5 minutes.
    Heat 1/2 cup oil in skillet.
    Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons chicken mixture in each tortilla and roll.
    Place tortilla seam side down in hot oil.
    When tortilla seam is sealed and bottom is crispy, turn over and cook other side.
    Serve with hot sauce.
