Cheesy Meat Loaf (Needs No Gravy)(Hot Or Cold) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 oz. Cheddar or American cheese (grated)
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter until onion is soft. Remove from heat and mix with other ingredients.
    Blend well. Shape into loaf and place into 10 x 14-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
