Sweet Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    a little salt
    large marshmallows
    graham cracker crumbs
    margarine
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and boil until done.
    Cool, peel and mash.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Make into patties like small hamburgers; flatten out.
    Put large marshmallow in center.
    Put another patty on top. Press edges together.
    Press into graham cracker crumbs on both sides.
    Fry in skillet with a little margarine on both sides until brown.
    Cool slowly until marshmallow sets.
