Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
bread crumbs (topping)
4 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes; drain and cool.
Combine all ingredients, pour in buttered casserole dish and sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
When sides start browning, it is usually ready to take out of the oven.
