Parker House Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. milk, scalded
4 Tbsp. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
flour (all-purpose)
Preparation

Heat milk in saucepan.
While heating milk, beat together with spoon, Crisco, sugar, salt and eggs.
Add milk and let cool until lukewarm.
Mix together in separate small bowl the yeast and water.
Add to milk mixture and mix well.
Start adding flour, mixing after each addition, until the dough is of good consistency.
Put dough into 2 airtight bowls and refrigerate overnight.
