Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
approximately 2 c. apples, peeled
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. flour

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Slice apples over entire top of cake.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
