Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 green pepper
1 large onion
2 Tbsp. butter
3 c. rice
chicken breast (without skin or bone, or use your choice of meat)
Preparation

Cook rice as directed (preferably Minute rice).
Set aside. Chop up onion and green pepper.
In skillet, put chicken, onion and green pepper.
Cook until chicken is well done.
Chop up chicken in bite size pieces.
Mix butter, rice and chicken.
Cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Let stand 5 minutes, then eat.
