Shortbread - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
1 c. icing sugar
1 c. cornstarch
1 lb. butter
Preparation

Mix ingredients really well; add butter.
Knead well until the dough is very smooth.
Leave for few hours or overnight, wrapped in plastic before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 until delicate brown.
