Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and fat drained
    14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    14 oz. can kidney beans, drained somewhat
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 envelope Schilling chili seasoning mix
    1 1/2 c. corn chips, crushed
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1 tomato, cut up
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Simmer together ground beef, tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce and chili seasoning mix; simmer 10 minutes.
    Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle chips and cheese over the top.
    Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and casserole is bubbling hot.
    Just before serving, top casserole with lettuce, tomato and olives.
