Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 squash, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. water
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    16 crumbled nonsalted crackers
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion, water and margarine until tender.
    Add eggs, milk, cheese and crackers; mix well.
    Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until top is slightly browned.
