Chicken Breasts In Lemon Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
salt and pepper
1 cube butter (not margarine)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream (whipping cream)
2 tsp. cornstarch
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Lightly salt and pepper chicken breasts.
Melt butter in skillet and saute chicken for 5 to 8 minutes, turning once to cook on all sides.
Place chicken in ovenproof serving dish.
Add lemon juice to butter in skillet.
Stir cornstarch into cream and slowly add it into skillet mixture, stirring constantly, on low heat. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil until golden brown. Good with rice.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
