Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 c. margarine
1/8 c. flour
dash of pepper
1 c. light cream or milk
salt (if needed)
Preparation
-
Place first 6 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook until broccoli is tender. With remaining ingredients, make a white sauce. Cook on stove or in the microwave. Mix two together; heat and serve. Do not bring to a boil.
