Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix eggs and cottage cheese.
    Add flour, drained spinach and remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Place in greased deep dish pie plates and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
