Layered Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, chopped
1 green pepper, sliced
salt and pepper
1 onion, sliced
margarine or meat
Preparation
-
In a large pot, starting with the cabbage, layer the vegetables, ending with the cabbage.
Cover with water.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add margarine or desired meat for seasoning. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Serves 6 to 8.
