Helen'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. lean ground pork
    1 lb. lean ground veal
    1 lb. coarse ground potatoes
    1 lb. coarse ground carrots
    1 lb. whole kernel corn
    1 large coarse ground onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    3 eggs
    3 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Chop or grind all vegetables.
    Mix well with meat, seasonings, eggs and bread crumbs.
    If too dry, add 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup catsup.
    Mix until you can shape into loaves.
    Put into greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
