Ham Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco
    1 1/2 c. diced ham
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. peeled, seeded tomatoes
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Mix ham, tomatoes, peppers and cheese.
    Put in casserole dish. Make white sauce.
    In small saucepan melt butter, stir in flour; slowly add milk and stir.
    Add salt, Tabasco and dry mustard.
    Pour sauce over ham mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
