Hot Rise Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    buttermilk
    1/4 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar into bowl.
    Make well in flour.
    Combine 1/4 cup of warm water and dry yeast; dissolve well.
    Fill to 1 cup with buttermilk.
    Add Crisco.
    Pour into flour well and mix. Make 8 biscuits.
    Turn over on buttered cookie sheet.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 450\u00b0.
