Courtney'S Favorite Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 small garlic clove
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1/4 c. water
    cooked rice
Preparation
    In a pan, cook green pepper, onion, garlic and thyme in butter. Add soup, shrimp and water.
    Heat and serve over cooked rice. Serves 4.
